Welcome to my 31 Days of Simple Change series. Whether you’ve stopped by my blog before or this is your first visit, I’m thrilled to have you join me on this month long journey! Every October for the last five years, The Nester has chosen a single topic to write about every day for 31 days. In 2011, she began inviting bloggers to join in the fun. I’m so excited to take part in the challenge this year.
If you’ve been here before, you know that I typically write about growing through change. Change is such a heavy word. Most people have a strong (and typically negative) reaction to change. I think it’s because we often make two big assumptions about change. We assume it’s difficult. And we assume it’s bad. But change doesn’t have to be hard and it doesn’t have to be horrible. Sometimes the simplest changes bring about the most wonderful consequences.
So every day during the month of October, I’m going to share some simple ideas for positive changes you can make to improve your life. Links to each post in the series will be added to this page to make it easy for you to follow along. I also encourage you stop by Nesting Place and check out all the talented bloggers who are writing their way through the next 31 days. It’s going to be a fabulous October!
